After lunch it was time for a nap so no photos of stunning scenery. You are spared.
Although I did not take any photos along this section we did notice that there were more houses scattered along the coast.
Stokmarknes is the headquarters of the Hurtigruten company.

You forget how large ships are until you see them out of the water.
Instead of going to the museum, we took a stroll down the main street. Some of the buildings were painted in brighter colors.
Since it was May Day, most of the shops were shut and there was not much activity.
It reminded us of very quiet outback Aussie towns on a Sunday afternoon.

Today has been a series of short voyages and short stops which makes a change from yesterday.
