A very modern kitchen. I was the only guest eating.
The dish in the middle had something similar to boiled collard greens with yoghurt on top. Delicious.
A tomato based soup with dumplings and rice.
Tomato based with okra.
Turkish Merlot. Very full bodied but not sophisticated.
Soft white cubes covered in juicy marmalade. Marshmallow?
It all tasted really good. Definitely quite different from normal tourist food.
