We had a dreadful drive up to Ironbridge from Heathrow. Budget supplied us with a nifty Fiat 500 which is fun to drive with its manual shift but it was a lovely summer day and everyone decided to get in their car and go for a drive.
We eventually arrived at the Water Rat pub where we were given a lovely room with a view of the river bank.
Soon we were out there enjoying an ale and a cider.
Not the famous iron bridge.
Everything was so green.

Roast beef with Yorkshire Pudding for dinner.
After dinner, we walked down this path to the river bank.
The vegetation is so lush and green.
It was all very peaceful.
